Kidnapping Incident in Dera Ismail Khan: AC Cantonment Board and Key Personalities Abducted

So far, the kidnappers have not made any demands, nor have the reasons behind the abduction been revealed.

In a distressing turn of events, key figures, including the Assistant Commissioner of the Cantonment Board, were abducted from Kalachi, Dera Ismail Khan. 

According to police reports, Lieutenant Colonel Khalid, who had come to attend his father's funeral, AC Cantonment Board Asif, and NADRA employee Fahad Amir were abducted by unknown individuals from a mosque.

So far, the kidnappers have not made any demands, nor have the reasons behind the abduction been revealed.

It is important to note that in recent times, there have been several incidents of kidnappings and attacks on judges and government officials in Tehsil Kalachi. 

This latest incident has added to the sense of insecurity in the area. Authorities are investigating the matter and efforts are underway to trace the abducted individuals and bring the culprits to justice.
