In the federal budget for the upcoming fiscal year, Rs. 153.3 million has been allocated for the renovation and refurbishment of the Prime Minister's Office.

According to the budget documents, Rs. 53 million has been earmarked for the construction of 12 apartments in the Ministers' Enclave in Islamabad.

Similarly, Rs. 80 million has been allocated for the repair, renovation, and provision of additional facilities in the PM Staff Colony.

The documents further state that a total of Rs. 189.7 million is expected to have been spent on the project by June 30, 2026, while its overall cost could reach Rs. 343.1 million.
