Police at Gomel University Police Station in Dera Ismail Khan have registered a case against Maulvi Muhammad Amir, administrator of Madrassa Syed Hajra Lilbanat in Wanda Balochanwala, on allegations of sexually abusing underage students and threatening them with death.

According to the FIR registered at the police station, Muhammad Maqbool told police that his minor son and nephews, aged between 11 and 16, informed him that the madrassa administrator would call them to his office at different times and allegedly engage in inappropriate acts with them. 

The FIR states that the accused also allegedly threatened to kill the children if they told anyone about the incidents.

According to the complainant, the children initially remained silent out of fear. However, after the matter came to light, he approached police and requested legal action.

Police registered a case against Maulvi Muhammad Amir under Sections 376 and 506 of the Pakistan Penal Code and Section 53 of the Child Protection and Welfare Act (CPWA).

Police officials said the affected children have been shifted to Civil Hospital Dera Ismail Khan for medical examination. The investigation has been handed over to the investigation staff, and further legal proceedings are underway.
