PESHAWAR: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast predominantly hot weather across most districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, while partly cloudy conditions are expected in some plain and upper areas of the province.
According to the Met Office, rain is likely in most parts of the Malakand and Hazara divisions, providing some relief from the prevailing warm conditions.
The temperature in Peshawar was recorded at 30 degrees Celsius, while the humidity level stood at 40 percent.

Among other districts, Chitral recorded a temperature of 12°C and Upper Dir 17°C. Temperatures were reported at 19°C in Malam Jabba and 23°C in Saidu Sharif.
In the southern districts, Bannu recorded 30°C, while Dera Ismail Khan registered 31°C. Abbottabad reported a comparatively cooler temperature of 22°C.
The Meteorological Department has advised residents, particularly in areas expecting rainfall, to remain updated on weather conditions and take necessary precautions.
