According to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Meteorological Department, hot weather is expected to prevail across most districts of the province today. However, strong winds, dust storms, thunderstorms, and rain are likely in several areas.
The department said that isolated rain accompanied by strong winds and thunderstorms is expected in Upper and Lower Dir, Upper and Lower Chitral, Swat, Shangla, Malakand, Buner, Bajaur, Upper and Lower Kohistan, Kolai-Palas, Torghar, Battagram, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Haripur, Mardan, Swabi, Mohmand, Khyber, Peshawar, Nowshera, Charsadda, Kohat, Karak, Hangu, Kurram, Orakzai, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, Dera Ismail Khan, Tank, North Waziristan, and South Waziristan.

The Meteorological Department has also forecast heavy rainfall and hailstorms in some areas.
Meanwhile, during the past 24 hours, hot weather prevailed across most districts of the province. However, rain accompanied by strong winds and thunderstorms was recorded in parts of Upper Chitral, Lower Chitral, Swat, Upper Dir, Mardan, Nowshera, Bajaur, Mohmand, Peshawar, Khyber, and Dera Ismail Khan.
