Upper South Waziristan: Unknown armed men abducted six police personnel, including SHO Ahmad Shah, in Sararogha tehsil.
According to the DPO of Upper Waziristan, SHO Sararogha Ahmad Shah and his fellow officers were returning from the site of an ammunition explosion when they encountered a road blockade set up by unidentified armed men.
Police said the armed men stopped the officers' vehicle and took SHO Ahmad Shah along with five other policemen with them.
Confirming the incident, the DPO stated that police and security forces have launched a search operation in the area to recover the abducted personnel, while security checkpoints and roadblocks have been further strengthened at various locations.

He added that investigations are underway and all available resources are being utilized to trace the kidnappers.
According to police officials, no information has yet been received regarding the whereabouts of SHO Ahmad Shah and the other abducted officers, causing serious concern among their families.
Following the incident, security has been placed on high alert in Sararogha and surrounding areas, while law enforcement agencies continue to closely monitor the situation.
