Peshawar: A rare and expensive dog stolen from Peshawar’s upscale Hayatabad area was recovered after police uncovered an unusual theft involving one of their officers.

The dog's owner, Jahangir, spotted an online advertisement offering his stolen pet for sale. He immediately alerted the police, who devised a plan to recover the animal. The suspects were lured into a deal, agreeing to sell the dog for Rs 300,000. When they arrived at the Peshawar Motorway Interchange, police arrested them and safely returned the dog to its owner.
