In Taj Abad, an area of Pabbi Tehsil in Nowshera District, two sons allegedly shot and killed their father over a dispute involving money and property. Later, both suspects were killed in an exchange of fire with the police.

According to police, an argument broke out between the elderly Muhammad Tahir and his sons, Talha and Muhammad Huzaifa, over money and their share in the family property. During the altercation, the two sons allegedly opened fire on their father, killing him on the spot.

Police said that when officers arrived to arrest the suspects, the two brothers also opened fire on the police. As a result, Constable Aleem Khan was seriously injured.

According to police, both suspects, Talha and Muhammad Huzaifa, were killed in retaliatory fire, while the injured constable was shifted to a hospital for medical treatment.

According to Rescue 1122, the bodies of Muhammad Tahir and the two suspects were shifted to Mian Rashid Memorial Hospital, Pabbi, for post-mortem examination.
