With profound sorrow and a heavy heart, we announce the passing of our beloved colleague, friend, and brother, Ikramullah, who left us on June 29, 2025, following a sudden cardiac arrest.

His departure is not just a loss for those who knew him personally, it is an irreplaceable void in the very fabric of the Tribal News Network (TNN) family.

Ikramullah was not just TNN’s first Finance and Accounts Officer, he was one of the founding members who laid the cornerstone of this organization.

From the earliest days until 2019, he served with quiet dignity, unmatched precision, and unwavering dedication. Behind every balanced ledger and timely salary was his meticulous hand. Behind every calm moment in the office was his steady presence.

He never sought the limelight, but he was the calm force that brought order to chaos, and the silent strength that kept things running smoothly. His contribution went far beyond numbers, he helped build the culture of trust, responsibility, and humility that defines TNN to this day.

I still vividly remember interviewing him for the role. I asked, “Can you manage the daily travel from Mardan to Peshawar?” He smiled gently and said, “In a few months, I’ll shift my family.” That simple response reflected his characteristic resolve and deep sense of commitment.

Ikramullah was a man of quiet words but deep integrity. Those who worked alongside him knew they could rely on him—for guidance, for support, and for his thoughtful presence. His passing has left us shaken, but his memory will remain embedded in every corner of this organization he helped build.

May Allah grant him the highest place in Jannah, and may his family find strength in knowing how deeply he was respected and loved.

Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un.
