Security forces killed seven militants linked to the Indian-backed group “Fitna-e-Hindustan” during intelligence-based operations in Balochistan, according to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Monday.
The first operation was conducted in the Kachhi area of Mach, where forces successfully targeted a militant hideout. During an intense exchange of fire, five terrorists affiliated with the group were killed.
In a separate intelligence-led operation in the Margand area of Kalat, security forces destroyed another militant hideout, killing two more members of the group. Weapons, ammunition, and explosive materials were recovered from the site.
ISPR stated that the slain militants were involved in various acts of terrorism. Arms and munitions recovered from their possession further confirmed their active involvement in subversive activities.
The military's media wing reaffirmed Pakistan’s resolve to eliminate Indian-sponsored terrorism from its soil, vowing that perpetrators and their facilitators will be brought to justice.
