The meeting noted that all applications had been thoroughly verified at both the district and departmental levels before approval. To ensure transparency and merit, each case was re-evaluated. The committee also decided that if a woman qualifies for assistance under more than one category, she will receive financial aid under only one category.

The committee also approved Rs4 million in financial assistance for the family affected by the attack on the Gurdwara Singh Sabha in Mardan. It further decided to provide financial support to the legal heirs of Shaheed Jagan Nath and his wife. The district scrutiny committee has been directed to complete its report within one week.

Speaking at the meeting, Minister Sahibzada Muhammad Adnan Qadri said that supporting victims of terrorism is a state, national, and humanitarian responsibility. He added that the provincial government remains committed to protecting minority communities, safeguarding religious freedom, and ensuring that every deserving affected family receives financial assistance in accordance with the law.
