Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Provincial Minister for Public Health Engineering, Pakhtun Yar Khan, visited the site of the Bannu blast, inspecting the affected area and assessing the damage to the mosque that was impacted by the explosion.
He was accompanied by Chief Secretary Shahab Ali Shah, IGP Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Zulfiqar Hameed, Commissioner Bannu Division Muhammad Ali Shah, DIG Imran Shahid, DC Bannu Abdul Hameed Khan, and DPO Ziauddin Ahmed.
During the visit, the provincial minister assured the local residents that the government would reconstruct the mosque and compensate for all damages caused by the attack. He also met with the families of those who lost their lives in the incident and offered prayers for the deceased.

Speaking to the media, Pakhtun Yar Khan expressed the government's deep sorrow over the tragic event, assuring that compensation and financial support for the victims would be provided without delay. He confirmed that the district administration had completed a survey of the damage and that restoration efforts would begin soon. Additionally, he announced that the families of the deceased would receive the Shuhada (martyrs') package.
Highlighting the KP government's ongoing efforts to maintain peace, the minister urged the people of Bannu to support the authorities in making the region a symbol of stability and security. He reaffirmed the government's commitment to combating such acts of violence and ensuring that peace prevails in the province.
